MedRespond delivers the promise of the Internet to be a one-on-one healthcare support system that reaches physicians to provide the information they need when they need it.

MedRespond listens to what visitors say, it responds with the most relevant information, it communicates at their level, it learns what they think is important and how this changes over time. New responses can be easily added to the system to assure the content is always timely.

The physician can type their own questions in their own words, rather than being limited to a predetermined list of questions. A video of a professional appears to engage them in a conversation, about their healthcare; or they can be connected in conversation with a simulated patient or an actual case manager. Physicians and other allied healthcare providers can "connect" to a renowned expert.
